If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase just return the item within 10 days and we'll refund the full amount to you, less $80 representing the service charge.
In the event, of receiving damaged merchandise please contact Premium Cars and report the merchandise as damaged. Please be aware that sending back yourself the damaged merchandise would void the 10day money back Guarantee. The first step is to contact Premium Cars and file a damaged item report and we will collect the mentioned item ourselves. All our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about the costs involved in the case of a damaged item during transportation.
In the event of a canceled transaction or a partial refund to the Buyer, funds will be returned using the same account from which the payment came from in the first place. An exception will happen should the buyer states otherwise. We charge an extra $20 for all international payments processed.
