Seller hereby provides an express limited warranty to Buyer, subject to the limitations and provisions set forth herein. During the first thirty (30) days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) after the vehicle is accepted by the Buyer at the time of delivery or pickup. Seller hereby warrants that they shall pay 50% of Parts & Labor on all necessary and reasonable repairs to the said vehicle that arise as a result of unforeseen and unintended circumstances as limited more specifically below. This limited warranty is only applicable when the vehicle has no remaining factory warranty.

Express Limited Warranty:

Every Premium Cars used vehicle undergoes a rigorous inspection including:
  • engine and transmission, plus cooling and fuel systems
  • brakes, suspension, steering, and drive axles
  • lighting, electrical, heating, and A/C systems
  • body and interior, plus all instruments and controls
Two out of Three vehicles we see don't meet our standards for reasons that include:
  • flood damage-it can destroy or cause malfunctions in electronics, airbags, and anti-lock brakes
  • frame damage-because the frame is a crucial safety feature designed to help absorb crashes
  • unknown mileage or salvage history
  • excessive wear and tear
  • excessive cost to repair
